One point is earned for every 500 yen (consumption tax not included) spent when a member pays for a room and restaurant services in our hotel.

Any payment method is valid for points.
Even if the payment is already completed for the travel agency, 50 points will be earned per room per stay.
Less than 500 yen are rounded down for the point conversion.

If 100 or more points are earned in a business year starting on April 1 and ending on March 31, gift cards for the Ramada Hotel Osaka are awarded by mail according to the points earned. The conversion method is shown in the table below.
The effective period for point accrual is from April 1 through March 31 each business year. Points are not carried over to the next business year.

1. How to Become a Member
Please apply for membership at our hotel front desk or any restaurant counter. We can issue a member card to you on the spot, so that you can immediately begin receiving privileges. Alternatively, you can apply for membership via mail, in which case you will complete the sign-up form and ply for registration. When using this method, please be advised that it will take around two weeks for you to receive the card.
2. Start of Service
If you apply for the membership at the counter, you can access membership benefits as soon as you complete the sing-up form and register.
If you apply for membership by mail, you can acxcess membership benefits when you receive the card.
3. How to Use
When you use membership services at each facility such as restaurants, please be sure to present your membership card. If the card is not presented, some services (such as the point service) might not be available.
4. Enrollment Fee and Annual Fee
Member requires neither and enrollment fee nor an annual fee.
5. Card Replacement
In the event your card is lost, it can be reissued at a cost of 500 yen (including consumption tax).

6. Membership Expiration
The membership will automatically expire if it is not uses for a period of two years.
Terms & Conditions
Article 1 (Scope of Terms and Conditions)
The terms and conditions provided herein stipulate the membership registration, enrollment eligibility and others regarding the Ramada Reserved Membership program (hereinafter referred to as the "Member program") managed and operated by the Ramada Hotel Osaka (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel").
Article 2 (Definition of Ramada Reserved)
Ramada Reserved is a membership program through which the Hotel offers various kinds of services.
A member defined in the Hotel is a person who has completed the specified enrollment procedures after accepting these terms and conditions. Please note that the Hotel shall have the right to cancel a membership in the event of any of the following, even after enrollment:
The membership application contents are found to contain false information or omissions.
The membership of the person has been revoked in the past based on these terms and conditions.
The Hotel deems that the individual is not qualified for membership.
Article 3 (Issue of the Membership Card, and the Expiration Date)
A membership card is issued to a member. There is no expiration date for membership. However, the membership will expire if it has not been used for two years.
The membership card is available exclusively for the Member. The Member shall neither lend nor assign the card to a third party.
When making use of the privileges offered by facilities in the Hotel, please be sure to present your membership card. In the event of loss, the card can be reissued at a cost of 500 yen (including consumption tax).
Membership cards cannot be used as credit cards.
Article 4 (Enrollment Fee and Annual Fee)
Member requires neither an enrollment fee nor an annual fee.
Article 5 (Eligibility for Membership)
Anyone age 18 or older can become a member. (Note: Membership cannot be established using a corporate name.)
A member can acquire just one number. No member will be allowed to acquire multiple numbers.
Article 6 (Enrollment)
The Hotel accepts enrollment in the Member program on the assumption that these terms and conditions are accepted when a person completes the sign-up form, or when a person receives his/her membership card by applying at the Hotel's front desk or a restaurant.
Article 7 (Management of Personal Information)
The Member agrees to accept the following with regard to the collection and use of personal information:
The Hotel uses the personal information to inform the Member of its business information. However, in the event the Member requests that the Hotel discontinue the business-information notification, the Hotel shall stop such notification unless doing so would adversely affect its business operation.
The Hotel shall neither disclose nor provide to a third party any personal information collected through the membership operation except in the following cases:
In the event the Hotel consigns some of its businesses, including the various information-delivery business activities, to a third party that has signed the nondisclosure agreement.
In the event the Member agrees.
In the event the Hotel is required to disclose or provide such information pursuant to a court order or other legal process.
The Member may request that the Hotel provide access to the Member's personal information. In the event the registered information proves to be incorrect or erroneous, the Hotel shall immediately correct or delete such information.
Article 8 (Management of Registration Information)
The Member is in charge of managing the membership number and password.
The Member is strictly prohibited from assigning his/her membership number and password to others, changing the name, or buying and selling membership.
The Hotel shall take no responsibility for any loss that occurs as a result of the Member's fault or negligence regarding the use of the membership number and password, or as the result of a third party's use thereof.
In the event of any change in the membership information, the Member shall immediately inform the Hotel of such change.
The Hotel shall manage the membership information strictly so that it is not used improperly.
Article 9 (Privilege Services)
The Member is authorized to receive privilege services when using the Hotel, such services being stipulated separately.
The privilege services in paragraph 1 are applied when the Member makes a reservation.
Article 10 (Withdrawal from Membership)
The member can, if necessary, withdraw from membership in compliance with the prescribed procedure.
Article 11 (Revoking the Membership Registration)
The membership registration shall be revoked without prior notice by the Hotel in the event any of the following occurs:
Willfully obstructing the business of the services
Use of the services against public order and morals or leading to criminal acts
Infringement of the copyrights of other Members or third parties, or obloquy and slander
Damage the reliability of the services and the Hotel
Use of the services in a manner that involves reselling or diversion
In the event the Member has not used the Hotel for two years
In any other event whereby the Hotel deems that these terms and conditions have not been observed
Article 12 (Suspension and Discontinuation of the Services)
The Hotel may suspend or discontinue part or all of the services without the Member's prior acceptance in the event of any of the following:
In the event of the regular system maintenance or updating of the network, and in an emergency
In the event of having difficulty continuing the services due to fire, blackout, natural calamity, etc.
In another event whereby the circumstances are such that the Hotel deems it too difficult to continue the services
Article 13 (Change of Service Contents, and Discontinuation)
The Hotel may change or discontinue part or all of the services without the Member's prior acceptance.
The Hotel shall take no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to the situation described in paragraph 1.
