新型インフルエンザの国内発生にともない、ラマダホテル大阪では、お客様のご滞在中の安全と安心を第一に考え、以下の対応を実施いたしております。

• 不特定多数の人が手を触れる部分の消毒
  (エスカレーター及びエレベーターの手すり、エレベーターのボタン、ドアノブ等)
• 共用部分のお手洗いに、お客様用アルコール除菌剤を設置

Dear customers,

As you maybe aware cases of the new type A flu (H1N1) have been confirmed in Kansai area.
We at Ramada Osaka take guest safety and security as our first priority and have implemented a number of measures including the two below as examples;

• Regular disinfection of all public areas including frequently used facilities
  such as elevators and escalators.
• The availability of disinfectant and alcohol hand wash for guest use if so desired.

*We will change our actions according to the infection status as advised by the relevant authorities.
