Ramada hotel Osaka(Midosuji holding Ltd.)(Hereafter, it is said, "Our company")is provided as a protection of individual information policy of the following content, handled according to this protection of individual.

1.(Compliance with Law and Regulations)
The company shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, as well as he related laws and regulations.
2.(Organization Structure)
The company shall establish internal rules regarding the handling of personal information and related systems, and will develop the rules necessary for each business service for conscientious observance by the Company.

The Company shall collect the customer’s personal information within the acceptable scope after clearly expressing the purpose and uses of such collected information.

The Company shall use the customer’s personal information within the purposes of use. Moreover, in the event the Company provides the personal information or outsources the handling of personal information possessed by the Company to a third party for proper reasons, the Company shall carefully select and supervise the provided or out sourced contractors, and will direct them to ensure strict control all such personal information.

The Company shall provide its employees with training in regard to the handling of personal information, and thereby ensure the complete understanding of the practices involved.

When the Customer wants to confirm his or her personal information that is registered within the Company, the Company shall verify the identity based on procedures specified by the Company disclose it to the customer. Furthermore, the Company shall add, modify, correct or delete the personal information if the customer so requires.
9.(Continuous Improvements in handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall strive to continuously improve the protection and handling of personal information.
